Kilner® 8 Litre Drinks Dispenser

I bought this to use at a surprise birthday party for my mum and it went down a treat. It states that it is not suitable for fizzy drinks but I made up PIMMS (which has lemonade added) and left the lid slightly ajar so no build up of gases. I highly recommend this dispenser and look forward to using it again!

We used the drinks dispenser to serve Pimms and it was very successful and we will be using it again at Christmas. If you use it for Pimms don't put the fruit in as it will block the tap we just served the fruit chopped in a desperate dish.l

I bought this for a weekend house party and it was a big hit. Since then I've used it for Christmas Cosmopolitans and again it was great. As well as being super practical, it adds a touch of glamour. I used fruit to garnish and found that this didn't cause an issue with dispensing if you leave the lid slightly open (prevents vacuum that causes fruit to obstruct tap). I had read previous reviews and so was careful with lid while washing and did not use boiling water. However, hot water also proved too much and it cracked. Lakeland customer service is fantastic and I now have a replacement.

Bought this for use at family and friends BBQ. The item itself looks good and quality is as expected from Kilner. Looks great when filled with fresh virgin mojito with ice, mint leaves and lime chunks! A must have item for any party. Used Lakeland jam jars to serve the mojito.

Lovely piece, very large, so wouldn't need to constantly top up at a party (but I wouldn't want to try to move it when it's full!). Glad I bought from Lakeland with its guarantee though, as I suspect the tap will not be very long wearing, and this item would have been much improved with a more robust metal tap instead of the rather nasty cheap looking plastic one. Let's see how it goes....
