Milestone is a craft brewery producing premium quality classic ales, and their kits, which use only the finest ingredients, mean you can recreate some of their most flavoursome tipples to enjoy at home. The only additional ingredients you will need are water and a small amount of brewing sugar to help carbonate the beer prior to bottling or barrelling.
An authentic Irish stout, as black as night and dare we say it, better than most you’ll buy in the pub. Kit contains two 1.5kg cans of hopped brewer’s malt extract, one 11g sachet English ale brewing yeast, and full instructions to make 40 pints (23 litres) of 1040 original gravity beer.

First attempt at making beer, instructions very easy to follow, I bought the pressurised barrel instead of bottling, the hardest part of the whole process was the four week wait but it was worth it! The taste is as good as any I have bought, a very good quality stout. I don't think anyone will believe this is home made (if I decide to share it)!
