Kit makes six bottles of superb wine using authentic Italian grape concentrates. With a depth of flavour rarely found in home brew kits, it's ready to drink in 3-4 weeks, and requires the addition of only water and a little sugar to produce outstanding results that will improve with keeping.
Ideally served as a dessert wine, the delicate aroma and sweet strawberry flavour of this medium-bodied red will round off a meal fruitily. Contains strawberry flavouring.
Kit includes grape juice concentrate, wine yeast, nutrafine, stabiliser and finings.
