I would definitely recommend this brilliant NordicWare Multi-Cooker for all-year-round cooking on your BBQ and in the oven. Great sturdy quality, ability to cook loads of different ways (ie grill/BBQ steam, broil, poach etc) and excellent non-stick makes washing up easy. I love the dark brown colour of the non-stick which looks like BBQ sauce . . . ! The size is good too, 45cm x 18cm x 10cm great for doing fish. The top has holes in it while the bottom is solid, so I can use both pieces separately at the same time for doing different things. A very useful piece of kitchen equipment.
