Insulated Tap Cover

I bought 2 to protect my 2 outside taps replacing some that I had had for approx 8 years (the originals were not bought from Lakeland but are exactly the same). That says it all. They are durable & you can still use the tap during the winter. I store mine in the shed over the summer, so they have lasted amazingly well in extreme temperatures. Most importantly they do the job. 1 of my taps is exposed to all weathers! Prevailing rain, snow & bright sun, so takes all extremes. The other doesn’t see daylight in the winter, it’s in a dark corner. They work excellently on both. Simple but brill.

This is a very clever device which takes 10 seconds to fit, it insulates the body of the tap to prevent bursts from frost. It is safe, and effective. You can still use the tap without any issues.
