Having bought and tried the Orange Blossom Honey Fruit Cake made by Country Fayre, I can only say this is the nicest fruit cake I have ever tried. One slice is not enough! It is a great texture and full of succulent fruits and beautifully decorated on the top with cherries, almonds and an orange slice. A brilliant gift, I could be tempted to pretend I had made it myself.
