Holds even the biggest book with ease and the plastic bit covers it so your book remains pristine. I had one without a cover but often the bigger books jumped shut - this one keeps them open without difficulty.
I have been looking for a stand for a while and this stand ticks all the boxes required. It folds up flat for easy storage, holds different widths of book and has a clear screen so you can follow the recipie line with your finger without messing up the page and protects the book from any splashes. Love it!
