Hang pots anywhere you like with the aid of our universal, galvanised steel hooks. They hook over the rim of any pot, with or without a lip, so you can create a display on a fence, wall or decking rail. You could also use two to secure a window box.

Bought a pack of these at Chelsea Show a couple of years ago and have searched high and low for them. Yes, they need a pot with a lip but can hang using S hooks etc to fences and using heavy rubber bands (e.g. those used for staking trees) can fasten to down pipes etc.
I have to agree partly with the other two reviews - I ordered two packs and must admit I expected them to have a lip that went under the pot too support the weight. There is a lip but unfortunately it sits just under the top of the pot. I did try the hanger out a few times before I finally decided to return them - mainly because when I held them against the wall I did not dare to take my hand from under the pot incase it dropped out of the hanger!! I will now resort to the tried and tested method which involves drilling a hole in the pot and hanging it from a screw in the wall :o)

These sadly are not up for the job at all whether you're using plastic or terracota pots - but especially terracota pots. The hooks don't accommodate pots with lips and just aren't strong enough to take the weight of the pots anyway, and because the metal is weak they easily bend so are then unusable and only fit for the bin!

I bought these to hang on a picket fence- the problem began when I could not "fix" them to my plastic pots. The picture appears to have only terracotta pots fixed. So the word "universal" seems to be slightly misleading. I would not recommend them.
