Bright Spark® Toaster

I must disagree with the previous comment...I bought one of these earlier this year and used it for the first time a couple of weeks ago on our single gas canister cooker. It was brilliant, it toasted two single slices of bread very quickly...the only thing you have to make sure is that you have a cloth to hold over the handle as this obviously gets very hot. My friends that were with were also impressed so am planning on buying one for them too!!

I bought this toaster to use in place of my single folding toaster for camping as it fits 2 slices of bread.I use them both on a standard gas camping cooker and to say I was a little disappointed at the toasting abilities of this toaster would be an understatement as I didn't manage to get a slice of browned bread once.On the positive side though I had still packed my folding toaster which I used to make toast with quite quickly and used this "toaster " to keep the slices warm whilst I made a batch up so it that respect it was useful.
