"Not fit for purpose"

The parasol base states that is is suitable for parasols up to 2ins in diameter. It certainly fits 2ins parasols but not smaller ones. The screw to tighten up the pole does not reach our parasol which is 3/4in.It needs some sort of insert to hold the pole in position.
