Instead of fashioning a liner to fit the frame then trying to poke delicate young plants through the holes without damaging them, it's much easier with the removable panels on these plastic hanging baskets. Just fill with your chosen flowers then snap the 12 mesh panels back into place.

Plants have room to breathe and there's no danger of their roots being squeezed, so you'll see them flourish in days rather than weeks. And thanks to the internal water reservoir, it requires less watering than other hanging baskets.
