Giant Pot Trolley

I have looked for one of these for years and am delighted! The construction is robust and it is easy to use. Whilst I agree that the instructions are not very clear, we did not experience the previous reviewer's problems with bad fitting, however, thanks to the previous reviewer's comments to which we referred, we had no trouble in assembly. TIP 1: The grub screws secure the joint in the handle. TIP 2: You have to squeeze the red trigger in order to fit the handle and extension. TIP 3: The two items which appear in step 4 are the split pins which secure the base. GREAT BUY!

Appears robust and works well on my initial testing but1) assembly instructions are in needlessly small print : diagrams not clear & poorly drawn ; use of the provided allen-key not mentioned ; and an obvious error wherein the permitted kind of pots are listed the same as those not to be attempted. (2) Physically seems well constructed - but the under-pot bracket arms are too tight a fit and jammed 3/4 way through design holes in base, also one grub screw is burred at end and cannot be used.You have very promptly offered a refund (having said you do not stock grub screws - I asked for one). I would be more impressed had you immediately sent my email to the manufacturer so he can address these defects in what appears to be potentially a good product (and perhaps he can mail me a good grub screw). Perhaps surprisingly I will retain the item hoping the minor defects will not prevent effective usage.
