"Disappointed"

I bought the birdie moisture and low and behold not a tweet from this little one, so I phoned customer services who were most sorry and replaced my birdie. Alas only lasted a short few hours then silence. Please has anyone any ideas how to get this little bird to sing.

"Tweets all day"

Bought this as a Christmas stocking pressie for my 80year old Mum it wont stop tweeting only at night, even though the plants are well watered.
