I have purchased 2 turboflames from Lakeland and in all fairness when the first one decided not to work. I had been very pleased with it until then. I contacted Lakeland and they reimbursed me as they were not stocking them at the time. While away on I spotted them again at their Harrogate store and purchased another, only to discover that this one is temperamental when it lights and when you release the switch carries on feeding gas through, so I have now given up.
