"Fabulous"

I have mint which I bought on May 2nd; we are June 18th and it is still fine, I got rid of a few leaves which had fallen into the water and gone gunky but the rest still smell strong and fresh. What a great product - I was forever throwing bunches of herbs out after only using a couple of sprigs: no more!

"Very good for most herbs"

I have had this herb keeper for about 6 months. On the whole, I'm extremely pleased with it. It does work better with some herbs than with others. Parsley keeps particularly well. Thyme and sage have also lasted well. Coriander was probably the least successful. The other good thing about the herb keeper is that you can wash the herbs before storing them. Excess water drains off into the bottom; this means the herbs are washed and fairly dry when you are ready to use them. You do need enough spare room in the fridge door for it. I also tend to check it from time to time, taking out any herbs which are past their best, rinsing the keeper and putting in fresh water.I would definitely recommend this, especially if you use a lot of parsely.

"another must have"

got my herb keeper free with my order a couple of weeks ago, put parsley in it that was already a week old, i had stored it in a green bag which keeps things great, but this is fantastic, and its still fresh 2 weeks later, saves me buy herbs weekly, i always end up throwing half of my herbs away, fits great in the fridge door,

"Going Green"

I've used this product for several months and I've been amazed how fresh it keeps herbs. I make a lot of curries so use a lot of fresh corriander which wilted very quickly in the summer, so now, using the herb keeper it lasts several weeks. With the price supermarkets charge for fresh herbs I reckon mine has paid for itself. I am about to buy a second one as a gift. In one of the reviews there was a good tip to use it for spring onions and asparagus, perhaps I'll buy another two.

"Wonderful"

People who give the Herb Keeper a poor review ought to try it for spring (green) onions - they last at least a month in this
