"Instructions poor, product quite good"
The instructions for using the cleaner I felt was very poor. I have a peal necklace and pearl earrings to clean and instructions just said spray items and rub with cloth provided. I found the easiest way to do this without wasting it was to spray the product into the cup of my hand so it acted like a shallow trough and gently pull the necklace through so all sides were covered and then carefully rub with the cloth provided……it worked much better for me that way and did the same with the earrings.The pearls did look marginally better but not enough for me to warrant the cost of this product.
