HG Chandelier Cleaner 500ml

This chandelier cleaner is not just good on glass it’s great on chrome, glass and worktops surfaces. Even glass balastrades It Leaves no smears and cleans nicely leaving a sparkle and shine I was asked to test the product we personally don’t have any chandeliers in our home but we do have lots of delicate glass light fittings. It brought them back to life nice and shiny. Great all round cleaner can be used on multiple surfaces. Highly recommended.

As long as you can access your chandelier (ladder etc), this is great. Apart from the occasional dusting, I hadn’t cleaned my chandelier for 14 years! Until I thought I’d give this product a try. I placed tea towels underneath to catch any drips, climbed up the ladder and sprayed liberally. Up close I could see so much dust and brown spots from fly poo. I left it for 5 mins and then gently wiped each crystal piece with a dry cloth. It came up sparkling! So pleased with the results and I expect the next time I use it as it won’t be so long, I’ll just spray. Great product!

Asked to try this product by Lakeland and give my review. I found it easy to use but very messy. As I understood it, the product is sprayed onto the light fitting and allowed to drip off, taking the dust and dirt with it. Easily done when cleaning a table top light, the cleaner can drip onto a tea towel which is relatively close to the fitting but not so good when its a ceiling fitting with furniture below it. It does a good job of cleaning the fitting and leaves no sticky residue, but I found it a bit of a faff to do.
