I really like this product and I'm surprised at such negative reviews. The mop heads do fray over time but I wouldn't expect them to last forever. I really like the design of this system, the bucket is very neat, doesn't take up much room to store. I have large hard floor areas to clean and the microfibre mop head manages very well and gets into corners. It's also lightweight I'm very disappointed that it is being discontinued and I have stocked up on some mop heads before they disappear altogether!

When new this is an excellent system. However as experienced by others the pads fray and prevent the bucket system from working properly. I have washed my way through several mop heads believing I was being too heavy handed. Also ruined a bucket system along the way. Obviously a design flaw. I use the mop and head without the bucket system to prevent them from fraying. This means vacuuming the floor, then damp mop head on the mop plus separate bottle of cleaner to squeeze and mop.

Although the mop cleans well, these microfibre mop head cloths just don’t last - they fray at the edges which means that they only last a few uses before they get stuck going in/out of the bucket and can’t be used any more. This is a major design flaw which makes the system expensive and wasteful as I keep needing to send the old mop head to landfill and pay £9.99 for new ones. So much so that I’ve decided to cut my losses and buy an alternative mop. What a sad waste of money and plastic!

These replacement pads are really not fit for purpose which is a shame. The total concept is good but let down by the life of the replacement pads.
