Unlike ordinary loo brushes, this one doesn’t have those long, closely-spaced bristles that can hold onto particles that might breed germs. Instead, it has a scrubby pad with widely spaced, dual-height bristles designed to shift dirt effectively, shed water (and anything else) quickly, and reduce any drips twixt bowl and holder. It’s so flexible that it ‘hugs’ the bottom of the bowl, and there’s a row of extra-long bristles along the top to help you get right under the rim.

I have to disagree with other reviews. I find it works fine on my toilet - it's a modern fitting - perhaps it depends on the model? It cleans well under the rim and in towards the u-bend and as the "bristles" are short it doesn't flick water like a normal brush. It is easy to keep spotlessly clean too unlike previous types of brush.
Compact and does a good job. Nice for a small area.
I find this toilet brush very difficult to use, you need to use so much pressure to get it to go where you want it to go, a basic toilet brush is so much easier to use.

This brush simply work. The little rubber studs just glide over any dirt without touching it and the flexible design means it is impossible to apply any pressure. Total waste of money. I note the negative review already on the site but there are plenty of positive reviews on Amazon which I also checked so I went ahead and ordered based on the weight of probabilities but this turned out to be a mistake.

Liked the idea of a silicon brush I could keep clean so bought two to replace my cheap and cheerful brushes. These are not worth the money! They're not easy to use and if I hadn't spent a ridiculous amount of money on them, I'd have thrown them out and gone back to the cheap and cheerful ones.
