Anything that makes the dusting quicker, easier and less fiddly has to be a good thing… like our Telescopic Static Duster, which uses a static charge to whisk away dust and hair without you having to poke it right into every little nook and cranny.

To work its dust-attracting magic, rotate the handle back and forth between the palms of your hands – a static charge will build up, which attracts and then traps dust particles and hair in its netted fibres. Then you’re ready to start dusting pretty much every surface in your home – shelves, furniture, windowsills, picture frames, books, delicate ornaments, TV and computer screens… watching the dust move towards the duster as you go.

The fibres are so soft that there’s no risk of scratching delicate surfaces, the head bends to fit along the top of cupboards, and the handle extends to a lengthy 142cm so you can reach even high-up dusty places like ceilings and cornices. When you’re done and dusted, all it takes is a quick shake of the duster outside before it’s ready to use again. Or if it’s got really dusty and needs a more thorough clean, wash it in lukewarm soapy water, rinse and hang upside down to dry.

"Love this!"

Just perfect for dusting books in my study without damaging them. Something I've been looking for while the dust was building up! Good big head but slips into the gap between the top of the books and the shelf above really easily. Will make dusting much quicker so I'll do it more often now! Thanks.

"Great mop"

I recommend this mop. I'm only 5 feet two inches so the extending handle is a great help for me. The mop does the jobs well.

"Excellent duster with excellent reach"

I like this duster very much. I have a large house with high ceilings and an enthusiastic band of spiders, so I mostly use it for cobwebbing, which it does well and dusting walls (don't know why I get dusty walls, but I do) and large areas of panelling and tiling. I can stand side on and use the duster in broad sweeps...very efficient. If reaching into a corner, the duster can be bent to protect from the wires, but I find changing the angle of attack more effective. The extending pole works brilliantly: fixes into position, then easily undies to collapse. And the head is washable too!

This extendable duster suits my needs perfectly.. Not long finished a major renovation so I really needed this item.. Works a treat especially with the ceiling roses & delicate plaster coving.. Just remember to follow instructions to generate static .. so simple & effective.. Purchased a second one for my sister too.. Brilliant addition to my cleaning kit.
