With over 1000 silicone bristles, the super-hygienic Kuhn Rikon Stay Clean Universal Brush is perfect for everyday pot washing as well cleaning tasks in the kitchen and bathroom. Gentle on delicate surfaces and non-stick coatings, this odour and stain-resistant non-porous brush is a hygienic alternative to the usual brushes, dishcloths and sponges seen around the sink.
Thousands of gentle bristles
With a sturdy stainless steel core coated in silicone for a comfortable and firm grip, this all-purpose silicone brush has over 1000 super-soft, non-scratch bristles to give a really effective clean while still being gentle enough to use on your best non-stick pots and pans and smooth glass hobs. The flexible tip also helps to clean all those awkward corners in your tableware and cookware so you know they’re properly clean.
Hygienic
Unlike standard washing up brushes that can wear out with use, this long-lasting scrubbing brush is made from BPA-free, food-safe silicone, which stays soft and doesn’t become brittle. Non-porous and quick to dry, it’s more hygienic than a conventional brush or dishcloth as it doesn’t harbour bacteria and can’t absorb nasty niffs, making it the ideal replacement for those smelly dish brushes and unattractive cleaning sponges loitering around your sink.
Easy to clean
Once its work is done, it’s incredibly easy to clean too: the flexible bristles can be rinsed free of debris under a running tap, and it’s also heat-resistant up to 230°C so it’s safe to go in the dishwasher or be placed in a pan of boiling water for a few minutes.

Unlike most standard brushes that are dedicated to just one cleaning task, this versatile scrubbing brush can be used for cleaning lots of different things. This is a large faced brush so it won’t fit into small corners or tight spaces. It sweeps away debris from pans and pots with ease. Love the extra grip of the dishes’ remains due to number of silicone bristles
The price of this brush fooled me into thinking it must be good. In fact it is disappointing. I find it frustrating to use. It is poor at getting food off dishes, and if something is only slightly stuck to crockery, wooden spoons or pans, I have to revert to using a standard sponge non-scratch scourer to clean them. I tried it on mugs and found that, despite the flexible end, it doesn't clean the bottom of the mug round the edges. A stiff-bristled conventional washing-up brush is better. Nor can you use it for cleaning sharp knives, a job that I normally use a brush for.
