A Perfect Infusion
Coffee experts Barista & Co tested hundreds of filters to find one that worked best with cafetière or filter-coffee size grounds – allowing coffee to ‘bloom’ in the filter and extract the most flavour without letting the grounds into your brew. Now all you have to do is fill your coffee infuser, close it securely and place it in your mug. Then pour in boiling water, stir and leave for 4 minutes before removing. Hey Presto! A perfect mug of real coffee in not much longer than it takes to make a cup of instant.
No Mess
If you’re a real coffee drinker, you know that one of the downsides to a delectable fresh brew is the mess. But this smart coffee infuser comes with an equally practical free-standing holder so you can take your stick straight out and place it into its stand without making a mess on your desk or kitchen counter. This is so clever. And it is much easier to wash up than a cafetiere! So I can make a good cup of coffee easily. I am going to buy one for my son. I do find that it floats more than I expected but it isn't a problem - it still makes a good cup of coffee.
After a couple of attempts of playing with the quantity of coffee to use, I have now perfected it and this little device makes a lovely coffee. Was recommended by a friend as I am known to drink a lot of coffee but generally instant, because of this I have never really bought ground coffee unless buying in a coffee shop, so I am proud to say I am now converted. I use this daily as its so easy to use and easy to clean. Love it, Oh and it looks good too.
Very happy with the quality of the coffee this produces. If you follow the instructions then it works perfectly. Best of all is how easy it is to clean compared to a Cafetiere. I just wash it in warm water and its clean, I no longer have something sitting on my side for days waiting to be cleaned ! Highly recommend.
Bought this in store but has changed the way I brew so wanted to give it some credit! A lot of people (myself included) think the only way to make filter coffee is with a French Press, which is great but they're a pain to clean and awkward if you just want to brew one mug, which means it doesn't get used much. The Brew It Stick is so handy, just chuck in some fresh coffee and add hot water in a mug, and let is sit for a few minutes, give it a twist at the end to release more coffee then put it in the drip pot - to clean just give it a knock over the bin and rinse it in the sink, easy.
Got this for my son and daughter in law. Got one in black and one in white. My son drinks a lot of coffee so was great for him to make a proper coffee without any faff. My daughter in law loves drinking proper tea so works really well to infuse her tea. They seem to be very pleased and use it all the time apparently!
