A Perfect Infusion
Coffee experts Barista & Co tested hundreds of filters to find one that worked best with cafetière or filter-coffee size grounds – allowing coffee to ‘bloom’ in the filter and extract the most flavour without letting the grounds into your brew. Now all you have to do is fill your coffee infuser, close it securely and place it in your mug. Then pour in boiling water, stir and leave for 4 minutes before removing. Hey Presto! A perfect mug of real coffee in not much longer than it takes to make a cup of instant.

* Since posting this I have been contacted by both Barista & Co & Lakeland. The problem with the malfunctioning top is recognised and is now fixed. Excellent customer service from both companies. This is an amazingly clever little gadget and I love it and have used it almost every day making excellent coffee. Trouble is that since discovering it early 2018 I am now on my third one ... the plastic fixing keeps breaking because it is made of flimsy material - and I'm not terribly heavy-handed. I give it 5 stars for design and innovation, but 1 star for being made from very poor quality plastic.

Felt I had to write a review as this is now the third brew it stick I have bought. Bought my first in December last year and use it on a daily basis at home. Then decided would be great to have a good cup of favourite coffee at work so purchased another one. Brew It stick is also handy to take on holiday.This product is so easy to use, creates no real mess or clutter and I get the proper cup of coffee I love. Great gift for anyone who likes filter coffee. Can't recommend this product enough and well deserves 5 stars

Bought this in store but has changed the way I brew so wanted to give it some credit! A lot of people (myself included) think the only way to make filter coffee is with a French Press, which is great but they're a pain to clean and awkward if you just want to brew one mug, which means it doesn't get used much. The Brew It Stick is so handy, just chuck in some fresh coffee and add hot water in a mug, and let is sit for a few minutes, give it a twist at the end to release more coffee then put it in the drip pot - to clean just give it a knock over the bin and rinse it in the sink, easy.
