We were informed that , as the order needed to come from the manufacturer , delivery was not in Lakeland's hands & it might not arrive in time. We accepted this & were then delighted when it reached us late on Xmas Eve. The recipients were thrilled and even contemplate buying another for their holiday property . We respected Lakeland's honesty on the delivery date & delighted with the speedy delivery. We could not fault the service from both parties involved.
