Harry Potter Heat Changing Mug

Arrived well packaged and promptly. My 14 year old stepdaughter squealed with happiness when she unwrapped it recently for her birthday and insisted on making us all tea so she could watch her mug change. Definitely a popular product!

The mug is a good quality and my son loved the harry potter "magic". A good present for HP fans of any age.

I bought a his fir my granddaughter who is a Harry Potter fan and she absolutely loved it. Very good.

The mug does look very nice. I ordered two as gifts, one however arrived with an air bubble under the printed design and will have to be returned. The other is perfect. Not sure how long it will last as I have seen how easily the air bubble lifted the print off the mug. The mug isn't dishwasher or microwave safe, and I can see why. Quite expensive considering this.

I was thrilled to find this mug in Lakeland as I am a big Harry Potter fan. I used it most days and it's fun and a nice size. I look after it carefully - not put in dishwasher or microwave, but the HP transfers on the base came off and it had a few marks and scratches on it where the coating came off. Lakeland's helpful Customer Service advised me to take it back to the shop for replacement which I did with no problem. Unfortunately now two weeks later, the HP transfers have come off again. It still works well and is fun to use, so I won't be taking it back and generally I am happy with it.
