The Oak Bottle Master Infuser has been specially designed to speed up the ageing process, imparting authentic oaky flavour in just 24-48 hours and turning your everyday tipple into something really special.

Created by the son of a Canadian winemaker, the beautiful, easy-to-use Oak Bottle is the result of several years’ research to create the perfect vessel for home use. The secret is in the surface area to volume ratio. Put simply, because of its size, the Oak Bottle allows a faster oak infusion as more of its surface is in contact with the wine inside, thus replicating the barrel-ageing process used in wineries but on a much smaller scale and in a fraction of the time.

Made from a single piece of oak, using the same processes as a traditional oak barrel, each one is carefully charred on the inside to a medium toast. The longer you leave your wine in, the more intense the oak flavour and aroma will be. And it doesn't only work on wine - it can also be used to age un-aged whisky, boost brandy and finish cocktails with oak flavour. Includes oak bottle with etched cork stopper and barrel wax to plug leaks. Fill with water to swell and seal the grain and allow to dry fully before first use.
