The Crackernut

I seldom write product reviews but I am so annoyed by this product that I feel compelled to do so. It is a very attractive thing but that's where it's good points end. If I didn't have to waste a couple of hours and drive 20 miles I'd take it straight back. It is an expensive ornament with very little functionality. It's okay for hazelnuts and walnuts but try brazilnuts and almonds and you end up with pinched skin on your hands and broken crushed kernels that's if you can break the shell. Don't waste your money is my advice. Sorry Lakeland but you got this one badly wrong.

A lot of money for something so useless. This pinches the skin very badly as it cracks the nut. I've tried using this as many different ways as I possibly could and it either pinches the skin, crushes the nut completely or doesnt crack it at all. If I'd kept my receipt I'd have taken it back.
