Pug in a Mug Infuser

Well made but it didn't meet my expectation. The design is not quite right, after you put tea in the pug body and attach the top section it doesn't sit far enough into the water. You can see this in the product image. The body should be longer so all the holes sit in the water in order to defuse completely otherwise you are wasting tea that is floating inside the body of the pug. I returned it to Lakeland in Perth and they refunded me. The staff are great in that store and they said to put on a review so it would be picked up by headoffice.
