"Lovely light but..."
I loved this light as soon as I saw it in store and waited patiently for it to come into stock. It really is lovely and looks just as it does in the picture but there is one big issue, it is impossible to remove the screw from the battery compartment in order to insert the batteries. I returned it to store where a member of staff tried to remove the screw to no avail. We also tried all of the stock in store and found they all had the same problem. Sadly had to have my money back...

You do need to use a small watchmakers cross screwdriver to get into the battery compartment. I'm glad we were able to put things right with a refund. Sorry again for the disappointment.
