"Butterfly and flowers tarvel mug"

Beautiful to look at. Heavy to hold before it has any fluid in it. Placing of handle is a bit difficult to hold.

Thank you for your feedback. This substantial well made travel mug does have a handle that's positioned high on the side of the mug but we hope it proves to be your own favourite drinking vessel. It's certainly proving to be popular due to it's hand finished design.

"So pretty but..."

I fell in love with the look of this pretty travel mug when I saw it on display in the store. It felt a bit extravangant but I have rarely been disappointed with any of my Lakeland purchases so decided to splash the cash. However the lid is so deeply recessed on this mug that access to the drinking aperture is awkward making it difficult to seal your lips around it. The resultant dribbles are unavoidable which means it has now been relegated to the back of the cupboard as I find it impractical to use.
