"Rust marks"
I wanted a pair of good kitchen scissors.In under a year these have developed rust marks. I have been meaning to return them and kept meant to look out the receipt.I was informed that Lakeland no longer exchanged items without a receipt other than their own make. I knew I had my receipt but others wouldn't for a pair of scissors expecting them to last. I will be returning these for a refund. I have rated them three stars as they are still sharp, just rusty. The scissors were not put in the dishwasher but hand washed.
