"Just looks good but that's it"
Absolutely gorgeous mug and an eye-pleaser but doesnt go beyond that. It doesnt keep your drink warm longer than a standard mug and the sign across it got smudged within the first week of personal light office use :(. The lid is not silicone either but just a hard plastic. This was very close to my dream mug, so will keep looking!

We're sorry that the mug hasn't kept your liquid as hot as you'd like and will be in touch shortly to help.The lid is made of polypropylene and has a silicone gasket.The lid for the mug will reduce spills and will keep the contents warmer than a standard mug without a lid, however this is very subjective, and the ambient temperature will factor into this.As the mug is not dishwasher or microwave safe, the lettering will not stand high water temperatures when being washed. Please wash in warm, soapy water.
