"No wonder it was reduced in price!"

SO disappointed. This was a quirky gift for a tea lover - and it didn't work! I did several experiments in terms of leaf size, how much to put in the ball, how long to leave it for full infusion... but in the end gave up and reached for the tea bags. I think that either the holes aren't big enough, or there aren't enough of them - or both. It took so long for the liquid in the cup even to LOOK like tea that it was cold before it would have been time to add the milk.

"Rubbish"

Glad you've discontinued this because it's utterly pants! It lets tea leaves out and does not infuse at all really unless you wait ten minutes, by which time the tea is cold. I bought it for one cup homemade tea blends and made cold tea soup as a result, complete with floaty flakes. Am surprised tbh this got through your quality tests. Looks cute, utterly useless.

"Hopeless, sorry..."

This infuser looked pretty and was in the sale so I got one. But it lets smaller tea leaves through which defeats the object! I've returned to using tea bags for when I'm making just one cuppa. It might be ok for some herb teas, Greek mountain tea etc but mine's gone in the tabletop sale box!
