I ordered the springtime bouquet of flowers for my mum for mothers day. She was absolutely delighted with them. The driver who delivered them was very polite too. I will certainly be using the service again.

Have sent 3 of these bouquets, and although I haven't seen the flowers, the first 2 recipients said that they were absolutely beautiful; unfortunately on the 3rd occasion I was informed that the roses in the bouquet were already past their best on arrival and one had been snapped in transit. Of course, Lakeland handled the situation with their usual professionalism and courtesy and assured me they will pass on this information to their suppliers. Hopefully just a one-off and I will continue to use the service. Ordering process is simple, have always been delivered on correct date.
