"Poor value"

I am very disappointed with this item. To start with the chalk pen won't work if stored in the hole provided as the ink gravitates to the wrong end. Secondly, you can't totally remove what's been written however much you wipe with a damp cloth. So in my view I think this is not up to Lakeland's superb reputation.
