This is the first negative review I've written for a Lakeland product, as I'm normally very pleased my purchases, but not with this item. I'm afraid it has a tendency to come apart in the cup so I've more than once had to fish it out and strain the tea into another cup. My local store have told me to bring it back and they'll give me a refund. I've bought the Oxo tea ball instead and it's excellent.

Had this a week and so far almost every time I have used it it has came apart in the cup wasted more tea than I have drunk and I paid £9.99 not £6.99. Not often I am disappointed with Lakeland but I am this time
