Bringing their classic Cut&Carve board up to date, Joseph Joseph have added non-slip feet and soft grip edges to their double-sided, multi-function chopping board, along with an improved meat grip to assist when carving.
The angle of the board allows juices or crumbs to be neatly collected, before pouring away from the easy-pour corner, whilst the reverse has a smooth side for bread and vegetable prep.
Dishwasher safe polypropylene.
BPA free.

I am really pleased with my Joseph Joseph cut and carve chopping board for every day use. I also found it really helpful on being able to carve my turkey on the carving side that held it firmly while it was being carved. So glad I made this purchase.
This is a fantastic board it’s worth every penny easy to clean and the board takes all the crumbs not the work surface
This is great for many tasks, and with kitchen space at a premium for the gadget-phile or disabled cook, we can all be pleased with that. Holds a roast (whole chicken, leg of lamb, brisket) in place pretty well and allows juices to drain on the slope. The sloping sides are the genius point here for catching any liquids from what you’re cutting, or crumbs from that crunchy loaf you finally mastered. The boards with thin troughs for catching these things can be horrible to clean, impossible to save the juices, or just plain over flow. This board has no such problems with easy to clean shape.

Great cutting board to work on. Double sides make it easier to use and more efficient. Very useful in the kitchen. Used every day.
