Before buying this ceramic baker, I baked Camembert in the little wooden boxes it is normally sold in, but the cheese hardened really quickly. Using this dish, the cheese remains soft and creamy for a long time and it looks really attractive too. Great for a relaxed dinner and much easier than a fondue. The recipes supplied with the baker are also a welcome addition.

A friend used this for serving melted Camembert at asupper party and I loved it so much I went out and bought one. A bit pricey but beautifully made and decorated. Perfect for serving hot soft cheeses in.

Great little item, Looks so much better to bring to the table when entertaining, it also keeps your cheese warmer for longer so you can munch at your leisure....... great little recipe ideas too which were very welcome.

and it came complete with a recipe book! love it!
