This overcloth I feel is not up to the usual high standard I've come to expect from Lakeland. The material feels almost as though it's made of plastic, however, there wasn't any problem with receiving a full refund. The little gold snowflakes are lovely, if this item had been produced in a softer gauze fabric for the cloth it would have been fantastic for the christmas table. 2 stars for the gold embroidery.
