Combining batteries and LED instead of wax and wick results in these super-safe White LED Tealights, each with a flickering flame that shines for over 50 hours.
Ideal for use in candle holders, as table decorations or part of a Christmas display and outdoors in summer where the flickering 'flame' won't get blown out. As there is no naked flame you can create a warm, relaxing candlelit ambience without the worry of leaving them unattended or little fingers picking them up to play.

These little lights have proved adequate during a recent power cut, and safer than ordinary tealights, and one looked lovely in an outside pumpkin at Hallowe'en and was still going strong after 8 hours in the rain. Much safertoo if you have young children or pets. Great idea.
Bought these to use with some glass Christmas decorations which would otherwise be unlit due to the fire risk with real tea lights. They look just like the real thing, twinkling away.
