"Great in Ford KA" star star star star star I have a Ford KA which has a very curvy dashboard, and odd vents. My previous mobile holder attached to the windscreen finally fell apart. This sits on one of the few flat, though not horizontal, bits of the dash and holds the phone so I can see it when using it as a SatNav, I can even use the charger at the same time. "good buy" star star star star star Bought this as I had run out of ideas for a Christmas present for my husband and didn't have great expectations. He loves it! Great for his phone and on shorter journeys for the sat nav (no messy setting up of sat nav cradle). And for doubters, yes the sticky works.
"So nearly right" star star star_border star_border star_border I really wanted to love this mount. I think the concept is great, the looks are great and most of the time the sticky and suction hold. I've tried it for several months now and when it works it's great. But, and it's a big but, the suction in particular is just not reliable enough on my dash. It seems to grip but then fails. The sticky grip on the holder itself wasn't good at first but whether I've changed the way I put the phone or whether the sticky somehow matures it's now much more reliable. Overall, great idea but (for me) not safe enough for use.
