Foldable Knitting Bag

I absolutely love this knitting bag. The smell mentioned in a previous review is just the 'new' smell of the material used and in no way taints the contents of the bag. I am constantly knitting for my grand children and find this bag so convenient as I can retrieve my handiwork easily from where I left off and just drop it into the bag when I need to go and do something else. There is also a handy pocket for stitch holders etc. I have owned several knitting bags over the years and this one is deffinitely the best.

Bought this knitting bag for my mum, and although it is a really good size and I'm sure she'll be very pleased with it, it isn't actually quite the colour of the picture. It is really more of a dark beige colour, not cream as the picture shows. Also, as another customer pointed out, it does have a very strong smell when you first take it from the packet - not sure if this is the print, or the fabric. However, a couple of days hanging up airing the smell does reduce. The inside of the bag is nicely padded, but there is only one small zip pocket which was a bit disappointing.

I asked my daughter to buy this for me for Christmas. I was disappointed to find that it wasn't the colour shown in the catalogue (cream) but was a khaki colour. When I took it out of the bag it had quite a strong smell and I have had to put it out in the conservatory to try and get rid of the smell. I don't want the baby shawl I am knitting to be tainted with this smell. The design is excellent.
