Great with a mixed salad, this versatile dressing is also delicious drizzled over tomatoes or roasted vegetables and works well as a marinade or dip, too.

I have been using this dressing for many years now and I find it perfect. Nicely seasoned and a little goes a long way. I have also used it to flavour pasta and couscous salads and it worked very well.
