This is the second one of these lights I have ordered as I gave my last one to my eldest daughter, and I really missed it as my hubby can't sleep when I put on the bedside light (its to bright he says). Anyway this light adjusts to suit you it can be positioned to focus on either part of the page or the whole page.I would highly recommend this light to all.

It might be just me, but I found that this is simply not bright enough if you are using it in a really dark room. I wanted it to read in bed without disturbing my husband but I can't use it without a supplementary light in the room, which defeats the whole object.
