Falcon 18cm Enamel Round Pie Plate

I was sent this dish and asked to review it. I’ve always bought shallow pie plates before and was very pleased with both sweet pies and savoury pies made in this dish. The pastry cooked well even with a double crust and the pies were a perfect size for the two of us for a main meal. A sweet pie was big enough for a hot serving each and cold the next day.

No waste using this size for 2 portions. Good quality enamelware - used in the freezer and oven. Just the right depth for a decent sized pie filling.

Really like this plate, good size for 2, also good for side dishes, will buy more

Maybe not what this super quality dish was manufactured for but perfect for Luna. She is a Cavalier King Charles spaniel and until we found this dish she took all of her meals out of every bowl I had tried. She looked at me as if to say..at last… and everything stayed in place until she finished.
