The Kitchencraft Flour Sifter is a traditional baking essential which does the vital job of sifting out lumps and aerating flour for lighter bakes.
This flour sifter has a three-cup capacity and is simple to use – just pull the easy-squeeze trigger to release the flour. There's also a controlled hold which means there's less mess when dusting cakes with icing sugar or surfaces with flour.
The sifter is made from lightweight steel which makes it superbly robust and durable, yet easy and comfortable to handle. It's effortless to clean after using too, just hand wash with warm, soapy water.

Mum had a sieve like this in the 60's that was really good. Unfortunately, I just cannot get on with this one. Flour and icing sugar seem to sit in between the 2 layers of mesh and you have to shake quite hard to release. The idea was that this would be less messy when sifting but the fact you still have to shake to release into the bowl, defeats the object. Going back to my old sieve.
