"Madeleine tray"
First time I have made madeleines with this new tray (free in return for a review). Used Mary Berry's recipe which made exactly 32 cakes. I greased and floured the tray before each baking which made the cakes slip out easily without any residue left. The only negative comment I would make is that the shell design does not really show on the baked cake but as it is on the bottom you don't really notice. Other than that it is easy to clean and the cakes were delicious! You do need to remember to hold the tray with the side handles as the base is flexible but not a problem. Recommended!
