From soft pastels to vibrant shades and customised colours, the Squires Kitchen Food Colour Paste ‐ Set of 20 is a baker's equivalent of an artist's painting palette. The water‐based pastes are perfect for colouring sugar paste (rolled fondant), modelling paste, flower paste (gum paste), marzipan, buttercream, royal icing and more. The set of 20 features a fabulous selection of vibrant colours and soft shades, including blue, green, pink, purple, yellow, black, white and neutrals. The pastes are easy to use ‐ simply add a tiny amount at a time and slowly increase until you reach your required colour (adding less will give you lighter shades), and you can also mix colours to create new shades. Whether baking, decorating or simply experimenting, these little pots will brighten your bakes in an eye‐catching spectrum of colours.
