The soft paste is made using 100% pure Madagascan Vanilla beans, imported from the Bourbon Island before being manufactured in the family‐run brand's UK base.
The paste's flavour profile is an aromatic, classic, rich vanilla taste, and the seeds offer an authentic appearance, beautifully enhancing recipes like crème brulée, ice cream and custard with a luxurious feel. While the vanilla bean paste is perfect for baked goods, ice cream, pastries, desserts and cocktails, it also makes tasty Chantilly cream and Crème Patissiere.
