Just the thing for cooking cheesecakes, fruit cakes and delicate layered cakes in your Instant Pot multi-cooker, this 18.5cm Springform Cake Tin has a non-stick coating and a quick-release clip to make it easy to remove your bakes from the tin, while keeping a nice smooth edge around all the way around.
Made from carbon steel with a non-stick coating, it won’t leave any stuck-on food to the surface of the tin, meaning your cakes and bakes will stay intact for a professional finish, and the tin itself is easy to clean afterwards too – It can go straight in the dishwasher.
Top tip: To make sure the non-stick coating lasts as long as possible, it’s a good idea to avoid using metal utensils so you don’t damage the surface.
